Autor se u radu bavio pravnim aspektima osiguranja VIP osoba na nivou Institucija BiH, uz kratke osvrte na uređenje predmetne oblasti i na
entitetskim nivoima, pogotovo sa aspekta historijskog razvoja Radom se
nastojalo ukazati na normativno-pravne aspekte osiguranja VIP osoba, te
autor smatra da je navedeno blago zanemareno u odnosu na kriminalističke
aspekte predmetne oblasti o kojima se više pisalo Autor na početku rada
daje osvrt na pojmove sigurnosti i VIP osoba, te daje osvrt na historijski
razvoj oblasti osiguranja VIP osoba u BiH Također, u radu je izvršena
analiza pozitvnopravnih aspekata osiguranja VIP osoba u BiH, te se u radu daju i određeni prijedlozi de lege ferenda, kojima bi se navedena oblast
dodatno kvalitativno unaprijedila.
In the paper, the author dealt with the legal aspects of security of VIPs
at the level of BiH Institutions, with brief references to the regulation of
the subject area and at entity levels, especially from the aspect of historical
development The paper tried to point out the normative-legal aspects of
security of VIPs, and the author believes that the above has been slightly
neglected in relation to the criminal aspects of the subject area, which
have been written about more At the beginning of the paper, the author
gives an overview of the concepts of security and VIP persons, and gives
an overview of the historical development of the field of security of VIP
persons in Bosnia and Herzegovina Also, the paper analyzes the positive
legal aspects of security of VIPs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and certain
proposals de lege ferenda are given in the paper, which would further
qualitatively improve the mentioned area
