Abstract

Konvencija UN o ugovorima o međunarodnoj prodaji robe (Bečka konvencija) predstavlja najznačajniji izvor prava međunarodne prodaje robe
S obzirom na važnost položaja Bečke konvencije u međunarodnoj prodaji
robe, cilj ovog rada jeste ukazati na njene najvažnije karakteristike S tim
u vezi, u prvom dijelu rada ukazat će se na polazne osnove Konvencije,
oblast primjene, kao i neke od njenih specifičnosti Nadalje, u radu će se
predstaviti nastanak ugovora o prodaji u skladu sa odredbama Konvencije,
te pravno dejstvo ugovora zaključenih u skladu sa istom Na kraju, ukazat
će se i na posljedice neispunjenja zaključenog ugovora, te pravna sredstva
koja stoje na raspolaganju ugovornim stranama u slučaju neizvršenja ugovora

The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods
(Vienna Convention) represents the most important source of law on the
international sale of goods Considering the importance of the position of
the Vienna Convention in the international sale of goods, the aim of this
paper is to point out its most important characteristics In this regard, in
the first part of the work, the basic principles of the Convention, the area of
application and some of its specificities will be pointed out Furthermore,
the paper will present the creation of sales contracts in accordance with the
provisions of the Convention, and the legal effect of contracts concluded
in accordance with the same Finally, the consequences of non-fulfillment
of the concluded contract will be pointed out, as well as the legal remedies
available to the contracting parties in case of non-fulfillment of the contract
